PLACING AN ORDER

We will be delighted to accept any order; we do not have a minimum order amount to enable you to order from us. Naetika Salon and Nail Academy LTD reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time and that decision is final.

 

PRICING

Every effort will be made to maintain a stable supply and pricing policy subject to market conditions and variations. All prices are correct at the time of going to print, however Naetika Salon and Nail Academy LTD reserves the right to alter prices without notice, explanation or notification. Our current and up to date prices can be found on our website . Prices and delivery charges are inclusive of VAT. Invoices are in £ Sterling at the prevailing VAT rate at the time of ordering.

Naetika Salon and Nail Academy LTD reserves the right to alter details and specifications without notice, explanation or notification. We reserve the right to substitute similar quality items based upon availability to complete your order. The goods are supplied according to the descriptions and specifications supplied by the manufacturer. Naetika Salon and Nail Academy LTD, its employees and agents are not authorised to make any representations concerning the goods unless strictly confirmed by Naetika Salon and Nail Academy LTD  in writing. In agreeing to these terms you acknowledge that you do not rely on any such representation to complete your purchase with us. We make no recommendations as to the suitability of the products for any particular purpose.

 

DELIVERY INFORMATION

We will endeavour to despatch goods to you by the estimated delivery date, however we will not accept liability to deliver within the stated time or day where circumstances are caused beyond our control, such as delays by delivery Companies or manufacturer’s lead times.

Delivery are made Monday - Friday. When delivery of Goods has been made, you will need to sign a “Proof of Delivery” document to confirm receipt of your goods. The customer is responsible to check the number of packages delivered corresponds with the number stated on the delivery note. If any discrepancy occurs or, evident damage to the packaging, you must note this on the “Proof of Delivery” or refuse delivery of goods. It is the responsibility of the customer to check and count all parcels/goods before signing any accompanying delivery note. Errors cannot be corrected afterwards.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER

Naetika Salon and Nail Academy LTD reserves the right to apply a handling charge when an order is cancelled. In respect of special non-standard items such as specialised equipment, orders cannot be cancelled; payment must be paid in full. Cancellation after dispatch cannot be accepted.

 

LIABILITY CLAIMS

Naetika Salon and Nail Academy LTD total liability for any claim however arising shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied. Naetika Salon and Nail Academy LTD will not be liable for any consequential loss for anything, however arising. Your statutory rights are not affected.

 

TITLE

All rights to ownership and possession of goods supplied by Naetika Salon and Nail Academy LTD shall remain and belong to Naetika Salon and Nail Academy LTD until payment in full for goods is received and cheques received are cleared. The customer agrees to keep the goods identifiable as the property of BrillBird UK and keep them stored in a merchandisable condition. The customer as agent of Naetika Salon and Nail Academy LTD will hold the goods until full payment has been made.

 

E & OE

Any typographical, clerical, other omissions or errors however made, in any of Naetika Salon and Nail Academy LTD literature, quotations, price lists, invoices or any other documents or information supplied by the company shall be subject to correction without any liability on the company’s part.

ONLINE ORDERS

When placing an order to purchase a product from our online store you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order including the details of the order. Your order represents an offer to purchase a product which is accepted by us only when we despatch that product to you. Any products on the same order which are not despatched do not form part of that contract. Please note we require a working contact number, a valid address and a valid email address. Our main form of communication is via email, although we will try to contact by phone first if there is no response we will email you. We accepts no responsibility for your typing errors when inputting your personal data.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY 

All products are subject to stock availability. If we have insufficient stock to fulfil the order, we will notify you by e-mail at the address given by you in your order form. Stock is allocated on a first come first served basis once your order reaches our main server. We do not guarantee the availability of any item based on stock figures shown. We would like to advise “The Buyer” that some products may be in different packaging to originally shown, old or new its a matter of stock availability.

PRICES

All prices quoted are shown in UK sterling and are inclusive of VAT. We reserve the right to alter prices without notice. E&OE (errors and omissions expected). Prices and special offers are correct at the time of goods being displayed on the website but are subject to alteration without prior notice. It is possible that some of the products in our catalogue may be mis-priced. If a product’s correct price is lower than the stated price on the website, we will charge the lower amount and send you the product. If a product’s correct price is higher than the price stated on the website, we will, at our own discretion, either contact you for instructions before despatch, or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
